Student Representatives
A Student Representative must possess the following key attributes: (this description of attributes and responsibilities should be at higher education grade level).
- Integrity: Uphold integrity and set a positive role model for peers.
- Kindness: Demonstrate good behaviour and genuine care for others.
- Focus: Stay focused and actively engage in all classroom activities.
- Responsibility: Consistently complete assignments and fulfil responsibilities on time.
- Courtesy: Treat peers, staff, and faculty with politeness and respect.
- Respect: Value others' opinions and feelings.
- Attendance: Be on time and attend regularly.
- Communication: Listen actively and express ideas clearly, representing student voices.
Responsibilities of a Student Representative:
- Engage regularly with classmates to improve the class standards.
- Participate in Student Representatives Committee meetings each term.
- Present and address class concerns during meetings.
- Provide feedback and updates to fellow students.
- Support the student engagement in organising events and trips.
- Leadership: Take initiative, motivate peers, and guide teams toward common goals.
