Counselling

NCL is delighted to introduce Plumm, a personal growth and student mental health platform.

In-person Counselling

Our psychotherapeutic counsellor, Tola, provides free counselling sessions to our NCL students. She can support students with a range of issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, abuse, bereavement, self-harm, motivation, and relaxation.

Students can contact Tola directly to book a session at counselling@nelsoncollege.ac.uk, or they can reach out to the student welfare team at student.welfare@nelsoncollege.ac.uk.
