Elizabeth is an experienced corporate governance, legal advisory, and compliance professional with over 17 years of experience advising boards and senior executives across listed, regulated, private, and not-for-profit organisations. She has a proven track record in delivering high-impact strategic advisory services, with deep expertise in governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic oversight. Her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, enhance board effectiveness, and drive governance excellence has positioned her as a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards across multiple sectors.

Elizabeth also holds governance leadership roles, including Governor & Vice Chair of Finance & HR at Northfleet Technology College, and has previously held senior positions at organisations such as AICPA-CIMA, J.P. Morgan, Farfetch, QIA and Shell International.
